1-day High Fall seminar and BBQ.
This is our way of giving back to you, all the amazing participants that have visited and revisited our courses since we started in 2006.
If you have attended any of our prior workshops as a participant, then this seminar is FREE! The seminar is also open for new friends of the ESS, who have not participated in any of our workshops yet.
If you are new, then the cost for this day, including the High Fall seminar and our summer BBQ is only 150 EUR.
HIGH FALLS:
We will start with the basics for jumping from up high. The different jumping styles, controlling yourself in the air - acting in the air, and safety measures. The airbag is one of the best in the World, designed by the legendary Lane Leavitt and rated for falls from up to 30 meters (100-feet).

HOT COALS (BBQ):
No, we will not be fire-walking...in the end of the day, we will fire up the grill and have a nice BBQ. No prior experience needed ;-)

Pratical information:
Saturday June 21st 2025 (1 day). Training will start at 12:00 hrs. and stop around 22:00 hrs. We will start the grill and have a BBQ around 18.30 hrs. Pay attention to this when booking flights - you might end up missing part of the day.
Arrival:
From Copenhagen Airport you can easily take the train to Copenhagen Central Station, it’s a 20 min. train ride. The cost is app. 5 EUR and tickets can be purchased at the machines in the arrival terminal. We recommend arrival no later than 10:00am on the first day, preferable the day before.
Accommodation:
There are plenty of options regarding accommodation in Copenhagen city, and you can catch a bus to the workshop facility from the Central Station (bus 2A) that will take you there in 20 min.
